Unique Care UK provides a range of care packages to help service users move from hospitals or residential care home to living independently in their own homes.

We offer person-centered service to mee specific needs of the service user which may include the provision of housing and well-trained staff to help maintain the independence of the users helping them access community services. We offer a tailored and flexible service to meet individual needs.
